Privacy
What the app can see
Your products, and the size charts the app saves in your store. It uses them only to show the right size chart on each product page. Size Doctor cannot see your customers, orders or payments.
What we keep
Your shop name, a contact email, your plan and your app settings. That is all. We never sell your information.
Your shoppers' measurements
When a shopper uses "Find my size" or a ring, bracelet or necklace sizer, their measurements stay in their own browser. They are never sent to us and never stored.
If you uninstall
Our access to your store ends straight away, and we delete our copy of your information within 48 hours. Shopify also removes the size charts made in the app, so if you may come back, first use "Download all charts" on the Size charts page to keep a copy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, fix or delete your information at any time. Just email us.
Terms
- Use Size Doctor only in stores you are allowed to manage.
- You are responsible for the sizes and measurements you enter. We suggest checking each chart on your store before you rely on it.
- Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify bill, never per order. You can cancel at any time, and uninstalling the app also ends your plan.
- The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable and will tell you about important changes on this page.
